Refund & Return Policy
1. Digital Products — No Refunds
Mushu miuse sells digital AI-generated music compositions delivered electronically. Because our products are intangible digital goods that cannot be "returned" once delivered, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not request a refund, return, or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the musical style, quality, length, or suitability for your project.
2. Preview Before Purchase
Before payment, the Service provides an audio preview of your composition based on your brief. This preview is designed to give you a representative sample of the full track you will receive.
By proceeding to payment after listening to the preview, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed the preview and understand the nature of the product;
- You accept the composition as described and generated;
- You waive any right to claim that the delivered product differs from what was previewed, except in cases of technical delivery failure; and
- You will not initiate refund requests based on subjective preference after purchase.
3. Payment Details
Payment is made via PayPal. At the time of purchase, payment instructions are displayed as follows:
- Amount: ¥7 JPY (7 Japanese Yen)
- PayPal recipient: [email protected]
You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct PayPal address and including your order email in the payment note. Payment errors caused by incorrect amounts or recipient details are not grounds for a refund; please contact us to resolve delivery issues.
4. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
Because you receive a preview before purchase and explicitly agree to these terms, chargebacks, PayPal disputes, and refund requests initiated through payment processors will not be accepted except where required by mandatory applicable law.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in refusal of future service and may be reported to the relevant payment processor.
5. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your purchased track within a reasonable time after confirmed payment (typically within 5 minutes, subject to processing), please contact us using the payment email address with your order details. We will investigate and re-deliver where appropriate. This does not constitute a refund policy; it is a delivery support process for verified paid orders.
6. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Where such law requires a refund or remedy, we will comply to the extent required.
