1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mushu miuse website and AI music generation services (the "Service") operated by Glees Capital Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mushu miuse provides digital music products created using proprietary artificial intelligence models, optionally refined by professional musicians. The Service allows you to describe a musical brief, generate a preview composition, and purchase a full-length track delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

All products are digital goods. No physical items are shipped. AI-generated content may vary in style and quality based on your input; we do not guarantee that output will meet every subjective expectation, though we strive for professional-grade results.

3. Purchases & No Refunds

All purchases are final. Because the Service provides digital AI-generated music and a preview is made available before payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have listened to the preview, understand what you are purchasing, and waive any right to request a refund. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address for delivery.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not submit prompts or content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing, obscene, or that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased tracks in a manner that violates the licence granted upon purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withhold delivery if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service or purchased content to create, distribute, or promote material that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law. You may not use the Service to generate content impersonating artists, brands, or individuals without authorisation, or to produce deepfakes or misleading audio.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

We retain ownership of our proprietary AI models, website, branding, and underlying technology. Upon successful payment and delivery of a purchased track, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use that specific composition in personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to video, podcasts, games, and advertising, subject to these Terms.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying AI systems or grant you rights to resell the raw audio file as a standalone music product (e.g. as a stock track or sample pack). We make no representation that AI-generated music is eligible for copyright registration in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with local copyright and licensing requirements.

Our name, logo, and "Mushu miuse" branding remain our exclusive property and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Payment

Payment is processed via PayPal to the address displayed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring payment is sent to the correct recipient with sufficient reference information (including your order email) so we can match your order. Failure to follow payment instructions may delay delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glees Capital Ventures Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any purchased content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service or a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glees Capital Ventures Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of purchased content.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
